Dreams are worth waiting for…
In Canada, in order for a dog to be sold as purebred it must be registered (and that registration go with the puppy to the new owner), and must be either microchipped or tattooed. Puppies also may not go to their new homes prior to 8 weeks of age. If you are purchasing a puppy and those requirements are not being met, you are not dealing with a reputable breeder selling purebred dogs. There is no such thing as purebred but no papers, and breeders may not charge extra for registration costs. Buyer Beware.
